I take my physical fitness and well-being very seriously. I believe that being in good physical shape helps me to be a better player. I'm able to drive the ball more consistantly, my energy and concentration levels are improved and I feel like I have an extra edge when the pressure is on. A healthy body equals a healthy mind.

 

I work out in the gym three or four times a week when playing tournament golf and at home. I usually start with a 30 minute running session then hit the weights, nothing heavy more of a total body routine for my general fitness. Days on the golf course can be long and strenuous and we have to deal with cold, heat, humidity, wind, rain and sometimes weather delays so it's really important to keep up my general stamina to make sure I'm prepared for anything out there on the course.
